Our rates include 24/7 technical assistance and roadside support, available in Italy (by calling 800 801180) and abroad (+39 06 98240800), except in cases where the breakdown is caused by intentional or negligent behavior of the customer.

The customer is required to remain at the location with the vehicle until the intervention is completed, signing the necessary documentation.

Covered expenses include vehicle recovery and possible replacement, if authorized by AmicoBlu, except for breakdowns resulting from the customer’s own fault, intent, or negligence.
