What should I do in case of accident or breakdown?

In case of breakdown, damage, or accident, we provide free roadside assistance and recovery service 24 hours a day.

Please remember: it is important to wait for the tow truck at the location where the breakdown or accident occurred.

In the event of an accident, we kindly ask you to complete the C.A.I. form (Friendly Accident Report) available inside the vehicle in all its sections. In case of an accident involving another party, the C.A.I. form must also be completed and signed by the driver of the other vehicle involved.

If possible, we suggest collecting witness statements regarding the accident.

The completed form and documentation must be submitted within 24 hours of the event to an AmicoBlu agency.

To collect a replacement vehicle, you must go to one of the more than 100 rental agencies located throughout the country.

Please note: delivery of the replacement vehicle at the location of the event is not available. However, you may obtain reimbursement for travel expenses to the nearest AmicoBlu agency. To receive reimbursement, you must request authorization from AmicoBlu Roadside Assistance to continue your journey using alternative means of transport (such as taxi, train, etc.). Once you arrive at the agency, to collect the replacement vehicle, simply present a copy of the receipt issued by the Roadside Assistance service together with a copy of the Rental Agreement.
