What happens in case of a fine?

  • What are the customer’s responsibilities? 

The Customer is responsible for all administrative penalties attributable to the use of the vehicle by themselves or by other drivers during the rental period.

Administrative penalties include:

- Administrative fines for violations of traffic regulations in the country where the vehicle is driven (for example, failure to comply with speed limits, failure to comply with circulation and/or parking rules, vehicle parking violations, etc.);

- All other fines and payment requests (for example, failure to pay for parking and/or tolls).

In the event that we receive an administrative penalty attributable to the Customer during the rental period, what will we charge?

The amount of the administrative penalty, if the Customer has not paid it and the Company proceeds with the payment;

Any expenses resulting from failure to comply with parking regulations (for example, tow truck and towing costs).
