Can I use digital documents on the IO app to rent a van?

At the moment, we do not accept digital formats. For rental purposes, it is necessary to present the original documents in physical format (plastic card), such as a valid driver’s license and an identity document.

We recommend that you always carry your documentation in physical format to avoid delays or obstacles in the rental process.
