Can I limit liability in case of damages?

Yes, it is possible to limit the driver’s liability in case of damages.

The rental cost already includes the damage charge fee. This is not an insurance coverage, but a conventional reduction of the customer’s liability for damages resulting from accidents, claims, fire, attempted theft, or partial theft suffered by the vehicle, within the limits of the damage charge fee.

The damage charge fee varies depending on the vehicle group to which the rented vehicle belongs.
