Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, it is possible. Amicoblu gives you the option to cancel a vehicle booking, which can be done in two different ways depending on the type of payment chosen:

• For online bookings with advance payment, cancellation can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the rental, and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. If cancellation is required within the 48 hours prior to the start of the rental, a penalty will be applied.

• For bookings with payment at the agency (upon van pick-up), you can cancel free of charge up until the rental start time with no additional cost. Only in the case of a no-show at the van pick-up will no refund be provided and a penalty may apply.

To proceed with the cancellation of a booking with advance payment, you must contact the booking center, while for bookings with payment at the agency you can use the dedicated section on the Amicoblu.it website (‘Your booking’).
